Paula has been practicing as an individual outpatient therapist for over 20 years, she sees patients at the Boston Neurobehavioral Associates location in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. My goal is to be able to provide individuals who struggle with their mental health a space of understanding where they are able to learn new coping skills and resolve conflicts in order to improve their overall quality of life. I empower patients to gain autonomy in their lives through the utilization of different therapeutic interventions directed towards resolving core conflicts and teaching coping strategies for symptom reduction and management.
