Note from Eliel:
"Hello and welcome to therapy. I congratulate you on taking that first step in wanting to improve your emotional needs in a healthy way. While we find ourselves looking for support within our immediate familial and social circles, we sometimes find more critiques than complements. Please know that therapy is a journey, one which you will not travel alone, and I thank you for the opportunity to discover more of yourself and how those adjustments in being can improve your overall interactions with your loved ones and overall, yourself."
