Isaac Lake is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Army veteran with over four years of experience treating individuals with anxiety, mood disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and personality disorders. He works with clients aged 21 to 85, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Social Skills Training (SST)


Isaac earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Fayetteville State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, specializing in Adult Mental Health & Wellness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, strength training, bike riding, and reading.


Isaac helps adults, individuals, and couples navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, cultural diversity issues, and grief. He specializes in supporting people of color and couples facing systemic stress. Isaac uses CBT and other therapeutic approaches to explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping clients respond more effectively to challenges.
