Jose Lugo
Jose is a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed Psychologist and Health Service Provider with experience with children's, adults, and elderly patient struggling with mental health issues including, but not limited to trauma-focus psychotherapy, evidence-based treatment modalities, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, ADHD, Behavioral Issues, Anger Management, Conflict in Relationships. He has been helping families and people with Special Needs, Minorities, people with legal issues, people with medical issues such as but not limited to been overweight, weight loss treatment, cognitive limited, and neurological disease such as dementia. He has been receiving training in different therapeutic modalities and integrate them in treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focus CBT (TFCBT), Rational Emotive Therapy (RET), and Psychoanalysis.
