Kathleen O'Connor is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 28 years of experience. She has worked in various settings, including rural Indiana providing in-home therapy, metro Cincinnati in ER and Mobile Crisis settings, Springfield, MA in similar crisis roles, and more recently, offering traditional outpatient therapy through telehealth platforms across Massachusetts. Kathleen believes in a "come as you are" approach to therapy, viewing herself as a guide or companion on the journey where the client is the expert and she offers perspectives to help move them forward.
Outside of the therapy room, Kathleen enjoys music, cooking, spending time with family, camping, long walks on the beach, curling up with a good book, and riding motorcycles.
