Ryan Israel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with expertise in working with adults, couples, families, and children who are navigating significant life changes. He specializes in helping clients process trauma, overcome negative habits, and address challenges such as grief, loss, relationship problems, anxiety, and depression. His ideal clients are individuals or couples seeking a judgment-free space to explore their thoughts and actions and work toward becoming the best version of themselves.
Ryan's approach centers on creating a safe and trusting environment where clients can openly explore their experiences. Together, they identify and resolve issues and maladaptive behaviors, empowering clients to make meaningful life changes and achieve their personal goals.
In addition to his clinical work, Ryan brings a diverse background, having earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State University College of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is a licensed attorney in both Florida and Michigan, with a focus on immigration law. He also holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Legal Doctrine and Analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in Romance Languages and Literature from the University of Michigan. Fluent in Spanish, Italian, French, and Portuguese, Ryan values cultural competency and understanding in his practice.
Ryan received his Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Studies from Marymount College, Tarrytown, NY.
