Sandra earned a Business degree at Worcester State University and later went on to earn a master’s degree in nursing leading to a career as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With over 10 years of experience as an RN and a combined 20-year history in social service, Sandra is focused on identifying health disparities and comorbidities through a holistic strength-based approach to help improve overall mental health.
Sandra is committed to maintaining respect and empathy for others with the hope of creating a healthy and safe environment that enhances treatment for positive outcomes. She understands the importance of seeking care for mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, and more, with the goal to promote overall mental health wellness and balance.
